I think this is my new fave action, here is another shot I used the action on today, I'll have to post the sooc too, so once I dig it up, I'll put it up as well. Sorry to tell you the sun flare is a fake...hehe

To achieve the effect of a sun flare with PS.

Go to (Duplicate the layer first) Filter->Render->Lens Flare-> choose the 50mm lens up the effect to 100-150% depending on what you like . . then erase back in the ultra bright spot at about a 65-80% opacity for more of a natural effect, then flatten the image and whola it is done!
